How do I apply for terms with your company?

Credit applications are available upon request. Please email info@katisportcap.com to receive an application.

Do you charge a returned check fee?

Yes, we do charge a returned check fee of $25.00 for all NSF Checks.

Do you carry USA Made products?

Yes, we do carry USA made products. Please reference Kati Sportcap style USALC as well as the brand Bayside for these items.

The shade of my caps vary slightly, why is that?

Due to the nature of the materials in domestic and foreign manufacturing, all fabric is subject to dye lot differences from time to time. Kati Sportcap cannot be responsible if differences are within the normal range as determined by us and industry standards. These variations must be considered acceptable.

The pictures on the website are representative of color only and are not exact. If you have to match a specific color, it is advisable that you order samples before placing your full order.

What are the requirements to be on EQP pricing?

We request total purchases of $2500.00 during the prior calendar year.

Where can I find pricing on your site?

Please log in or contact a distributor in your area.

Do you have an Over/Under policy on embroidered items?

Yes, we have a 5% over/under policy on all embroidered items.

Do you embroider?

Yes, we do embroider with a minimum of 72 pieces.

What is your sample policy?

We do sell samples; please call if special arrangements are needed.

Do you have a generic website that I can show my customer?

Our website is customer friendly. We do not provide pricing or contact information unless you are confirmed as a valid customer and are logged into the site.

How do I return an order?

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please call Customer Service for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted on discontinued items or quantities of less than one dozen. 

How can I order a catalog?

Catalogs are available at no charge with a supplied shipper number or you may request one when you place an order.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipments to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean are acceptable with a supplied UPS number.

Do you charge a handling fee if I use my own shipper number?

No, we do not charge additional handling fees.

What are your shipping methods?

UPS, Fedex or LTL only.

What is the minimum quantity required for a blank item purchase?

We do not have a minimum purchase for blank items.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Can you ship my order the same day?

Yes, your order will ship the same day if it is ordered by 2PM Central Standard Time.
